• การรับสินค้าด้วยตนเอง: รับได้ที่หน้างาน ณ บูธจำหน่ายสินค้าออฟฟิเชียล ในวันที่ 16 - 17 พฤษภาคม 2569 ตั้งแต่เวลา 11.00 - 21.00 น.
• การจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์: เริ่มจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป
• หมายเหตุสำคัญ: แนะนำให้สั่งซื้อล่วงหน้าทางออนไลน์ เนื่องจากหากสินค้าใดจำหน่ายหมดในช่องทางออนไลน์ จะไม่มีจำหน่ายที่หน้างานทุกกรณี

HOW TO BUY MERCHANDISE

กรุณา Login เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Username และ Password ที่ได้ทำการสมัครไว้ (หากยังไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิก กรุณาสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าแรกก่อนทำรายการ)

1. เลือก Menu: Merchandise
2. เลือกสินค้า: เลือกรายการสินค้า และ จำนวนที่ท่านต้องการซื้อ
3. เลือกวิธีการรับสินค้า:
   • รับสินค้าด้วยตนเอง : สามารถรับได้ที่ บูธจำหน่ายสินค้าหน้างาน ในวันที่ 16 และ 17 พฤษภาคม 2569 ตั้งแต่เวลา 11.00 - 21.00 น. (โปรดเตรียมเลข Invoice และบัตรประชาชน หรือพาสปอร์ตของท่านเพื่อใช้ยืนยัน)
   • จัดส่งไปรษณีย์: กรอกชื่อผู้รับ เบอร์ติดต่อ อีเมล และที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งให้ถูกต้อง พร้อมตรวจสอบค่าจัดส่ง (เริ่มจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 พ.ค. 2569 เป็นต้นไป สามารถตรวจสอบเลข Tracking Number ได้ที่หน้า View Order)
4. เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน:
   • QR CODE Payment (มีค่าธรรมเนียม 1.5%)
   • บัตรเครดิต / เดบิต / Alipay / ShopeePay (มีค่าธรรมเนียม 3%)
5. ยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ: เมื่อการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันรายละเอียดคำสั่งซื้อ ผ่านทางอีเมลที่ระบุไว้
6. ตรวจสอบสถานะ: ได้ที่เมนู VIEW MY ORDER
7. ข้อกำหนดการสั่งซื้อ: จำกัดการซื้อรายการละไม่เกิน 4 ชิ้น ต่อ 1 ออเดอร์
8. สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม: Line @PBTicketTeam1

หมายเหตุสำคัญ (IMPORTANT NOTES)

• แบตเตอรี่ (ถ่าน): ไม่มีรวมอยู่ในสินค้า กรุณาเตรียมมาด้วยตนเอง
  • OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2 : ใช้ถ่าน AAA จำนวน 3 ก้อน
  • OFFICIAL MINI LIGHT STICK VER.2 : ใช้ถ่านกระดุม LR41 จำนวน 6 ก้อน
• ถุงใส่สินค้า: ไม่มีบริการ กรุณาเตรียมถุงมาด้วยตนเอง
• การจัดส่ง: ค่าธรรมเนียมขึ้นอยู่กับน้ำหนักและที่อยู่ (ไม่รวมภาษีนำเข้ากรณีส่งต่างประเทศ)
  จัดส่งภายในประเทศ: 3-7 วันทำการ / ต่างประเทศ: 10-25 วันทำการ
• การส่งคืน: หากพัสดุถูกตีกลับเนื่องจากที่อยู่ผิดหรือไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้รับได้ ผู้ซื้อต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งใหม่เอง
• นโยบายการเปลี่ยนสินค้า:
  • กรณีรับหน้างาน: หากพบสินค้าเสียหาย ชำรุดจากโรงงาน ให้เปลี่ยนได้เฉพาะวันที่มารับสินค้าเท่านั้น โปรดตรวจสอบสินค้าให้เรียบร้อยก่อนออกจากบูธ (หากสินค้าหมดจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน)
  • กรณีรับทางไปรษณีย์: แนะนำให้บันทึกวิดีโออย่างต่อเนื่องขณะเปิดพัสดุ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการรักษาสิทธิ์ของท่านอย่างสูงสุด หากไม่มีคลิปวิดีโอ ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
• การยกเลิก: สินค้าที่ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินได้เนื่องจากเปลี่ยนใจ หรือมีรอยขีดข่วนที่ไม่มีผลต่อการใช้งาน

• Self pick-up: Items can be collected at the venue at the Official Merchandise Booth on May 16–17, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Postal delivery: Shipping will begin from May 19, 2026 onwards
• Important note: We recommend placing your order online in advance. If any item is sold out online, it will not be available for purchase at the venue under any circumstances.

HOW TO BUY MERCHANDISE

Please Login with your registered Username and Password. (If you are not a member, please sign up on the homepage first.)

1. Select Menu: Merchandise
2. Select Items: Choose your desired items and quantity.
3. Select Delivery Method:
   • Self-Pickup: Collect your items at One Forum on May 16 - 17, 2026 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Please prepare your Invoice number and ID Card or Passport for verification.
   • Postal Delivery: Enter the recipient's name, contact number, email, and shipping address correctly. Shipping fees will be calculated accordingly. (Shipping starts from May 19, 2026. Tracking numbers can be checked under 'View Order').
4. Select Payment Method:
   • QR CODE Payment (1.5% fee)
   • Credit Card / Debit Card / Alipay / ShopeePay (3% fee)
5. Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you once the transaction is successful.
6. Check Status: You can check your order status under the VIEW MY ORDER menu.
7. Purchase Limit: Maximum of 4 units per SKU per order.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Batteries: Not included. Please prepare them in advance.
  • OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.2: Requires 3 AAA batteries.
  • OFFICIAL MINI LIGHT STICK VER.2: Requires 6 LR41 button cell batteries.
• Shopping Bags: Not provided for self-pickup. Please bring your own bag.
• Shipping: Fees depend on weight and destination.
  Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days.
• Returned Orders: If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, the customer must pay for redelivery.
• Exchange & Refund Policy:
  • For Self-Pickup: If the product is found to be damaged or defective from the factory, it can only be exchanged on the same day the product is picked up. Please check your items before leaving. (Full refund if out of stock).
  • For Postal Delivery: We highly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video when opening your package to protect your rights. The company reserves the right to refuse claims without video evidence.
• Cancellations: No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or minor scratches that do not affect the product's function.
